President

Preside at all business meetin
gs of the Academy and of the Board of Directors. -
Organize and produce, to the annual meeting
of the Academy, a full report of the year’s activities. -
Appoint all standing committee
s and ad hoc committees of the Board of Directors and shall designate the chair thereof, s ubject to the approval of the Board of Directors. -
Serve as Chief Delegate to the
AAPA House of Delegates.
President-Elect
- The President-Elect must be present at three-fourths of all officially designated meetings or forfeit the position.
- The President-Elect succeeds to the presidency at the conclusion of the first elected year.
- The President-Elect will be elected as a delegate to the AAPA House of Delegates and will serve as a Chief Delegate during his/her term as VIAPA President.

Serve as Chair of the Membership committee.
Secretary

Keep minutes of all meetings o
f the Academy and be responsib le to see that the original co pies of all documents, records and correspondence is retained forpermanent storage.
Treasurer

Ensure that accurate records o
f the financial status of the Academy are maintained and mak e reports of the financial status of the Academy to the Board ofDirect ors at Board meetings and annu ally to the membership.
Regional Directors
- Represent fellow PAs in the specific regions.
